1) Position Title: Network Engineer


--Provides second/third level technical support for Carrier Services technologies to Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other TAC engineers

--Applies analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.

--Provides technology/product training and intellectual property material as required.

--Acts as focal point for large account network problem resolution.

--Effectively utilizes moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems.

--Submits complete and correct bug reports in area of expertise

--Interacts/collaborates across technology teams and development teams at peer level..

-- Works with Cisco’s carrier services gear including Cisco Switches, Software, and



--Typically interfaces internally with CSEs, SEs, NCEs, and internal engineering departments.


Required Skills:


--Working knowledge of TCP/IP, basic routing/switching, and network troubleshooting across Cisco platforms.

--Minimum 2 years working knowledge of the networking industry, products and protocols.

--Minimum 2 years of experience deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and administering several WAN technologies/protocols such as Service Control Engine (SCE), Intelligent Service Gateway (ISG), Circuit Emulation over IP, QoS, DSL, ISDN, DDR, POS, SONET, HSSI, HDLC, ATM, PPP, Frame Relay, T1, T3, VDPN, L2TP and NBAR


Desired Skills:


--Ability to configure, analyze and troubleshoot highly complex networks.

--Proven crisis management skills, and the ability to excel under pressure.

--Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation of factors.

--Strong WAN knowledge as this position will primarily focus on supporting Cisco's WAN products.

--Knowledge of WAN solutions and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex WAN networks.

--Strong documentation skills--to be utilized for case management, knowledge capture, defect management and Trainings.

--Excellent verbal communication skills--these skills are essential for this engineering role as most of the work being done is through the phone.

--Very strong Problem Solving skills--will be utilized often as this position covers most WAN technologies.

--Ability to drive recreates remotely--Many issues result in the engineer needing to perform a recreate of the customer problem in order to isolate the issue and resolve.

--Unix/Linux knowledge and shell scripting skills are a plus.


Typically requires BS in CS or EE or equivalent plus 4-7 years related experience. CCIE desired.

2) Position Title: .NET DEVELOPER

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying ASP.NET 2.0 and above with C#, enterprise-scale secure applications in an n-tier architecture with at least one year in ASP.NET 3.0+

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience writing JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS to customize the appearance and functionality of web forms

• Minimum of three years hands-on experience programming T-SQL: stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views for MS SQL 2005+ with at least one year in MS SQL 2008

• Minimum of three years hands-on experience writing queries for MS SQL 2005+ with at least one year in MS SQL 2008

• Minimum of one year of hands-on development experience creating web services based on WCF .NET Framework 3.5

• DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: All experience a candidate claims to have must be clearly reflected in the candidate's resume with precise indication of number of months or years.

• Hands-on development experience in Windows Workflow Foundation (WF)

• Hands-on development experience creating reports in SSRS

• Hands-on experience creating custom entities and associated forms and views in MS Dynamics CRM 4.0

• Hands-on development experience creating and modifying MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 plug-ins in C#

• Hands-on BizTalk 2006+ solution development including messaging and orchestration

3) Position Title: Sr. QA Tester

     Position : 1

     Start date : ASAP

     Technical Skills & Knowledge:

          • Experience in functional testing.
          • Good hands-on experience in test automation using QTP.
          • Knowledge on Quality Center.
          • Good knowledge of SQL.
          • For an insurance customer.
